What is it about?

BSides Prague 2026 is a community-driven cybersecurity and infosec conference in Prague. The event brings together security professionals, researchers, enthusiasts, and practitioners to exchange insights on current developments, real-world experiences, and new technical approaches in information security.

The central theme for 2026 is “The Next Frontier”. It focuses on how we can secure a future in which intelligent and increasingly autonomous systems are playing a growing role in our digital world.

BSides Prague is clearly positioned as an open, hands-on format beyond a traditional trade show or sales-driven event. According to the organizers, the focus is on deep-dive talks, hands-on workshops, CTFs, and exchange with the international security community. For 2025, the organizers mention more than 33 talks and workshops and over 500 attendees.

Agenda

The agenda currently appears to be published as a framework rather than a finalized full session schedule. However, the event format and dates have already been announced:

• April 21–22, 2026: Workshop Days at Novotel Praha Wenceslas Square
• April 23–24, 2026: Conference Days at Lucerna Cinema in Prague
• The conference will take place across two rooms: MAIN with around 450 seats and AUX with around 50 seats; keynotes will be streamed between both rooms.

Confirmed speakers / highlights
The event website currently highlights speakers including Eva Galperin, Dmitrijs Trizna, and Louis Nyffenegger. Eva Galperin is Director of Cybersecurity at the EFF and is particularly known for her work on privacy and security for vulnerable groups.
