Our Vision

Why we do what we do.

We are convinced that the main risk within IT is no longer people, but the lack of adequate human control.

For this reason, we support leading companies in autonomously monitoring and securing their entire IT landscape. We are pursuing the vision of effectively protecting small and medium-sized companies from cyber attacks with a technologically leading cyber security solution “Made in Germany”.

To do this, we combine motivated employees with innovative technologies, efficient methods and high quality standards. In order to implement this claim, we follow a small number of central principles that provide the guidelines for our daily work.

Live Cyber-Security

The topic of cyber security is present in daily work processes. We are constantly expanding awareness of cyber security and actively exemplify this awareness to colleagues, customers and suppliers.

Continuously improve

We regularly review our own procedures, company processes and product functions and continuously improve them. To do this, we use previous experience in the form of "lessons learned" and incorporate this knowledge into our actions.

Make employees successful

We are aware of the importance of high product and service quality and are actively committed to it. The conditions for this are created through continuous training and transparent team communication.

Assume leadership responsibility

The management determines the quality policy and quality goals and thus creates the framework for quality-conscious action in the company. Furthermore, the management establishes mechanisms for continuous improvement in all process areas.

Establish qualified partnerships

We only work with partners who share our quality standards. Our partners can prove their competence in the field of IT security and take measures to maintain and expand their competence. When building up our partner network, quality explicitly takes precedence over quantity.

Understanding customer needs

Our quality standard is to understand and exceed the explicit and implicit requirements of our customers. We ensure that our customers keep track of their IT and can react quickly and appropriately in the event of a threat. We achieve this by reducing the complexity of the variety of information about IT systems and providing our customers with the essential information via an intuitive user interface.
